ATTITUDE: Ss contact the fact, Ss love subjects II.PREPARATION -Teacher: extra table, pictures -Student: vocabulary III.PROCEDURES TEACHER ’S ACTIVITIES STUDENT ’ ACTIVITIES CONTENTS 1.WARM UP (5MS) - Ask Ss to tell some celebrations in Vietnam and worldwide. - Ask Ss some questions. - Tell - Answer - In which country do people celebrate Lunar New Year? - When do people celebrate it? - What do they do? 2.PRE-SPEAKING (5MS) - Ask Ss some questions . - Have Ss read the situation a). - Give an example. 3.WHILE-SPEAKING (10MS) - Ask Ss to give and respond . - Check. - Correct if necessary. 4.POST-SPEAKING (3MS) - Have Ss read the lesson again. - Check. - Have Ss do more situations 6.PRE-LISTENING (5MS) - Ask Ss some questions. - Introduce the song and guide Ss to listen. 7.WHILE-LISTENING (10MS) - Play tape twice. - Give feedback. -Answer -Work in pairs -Correct. - Read. - Correct. - Do -Answer - Listen to the tape. - Fill in the missing words - Correct. - When do people give a compliment to others? - Do you usually give a compliment?
