Knowledge After the lesson Ss are able to: Asking and answering about your favorite weather. *Grammar. What weather do you like? àI like hot/ cold/ cool/ warm weather. *Vocabulary: 2. Skills: Focus on speaking and listening and reading skills. 3. Attitude: Students work hard, actively. II. Teaching aids: Cassette tape and player III. Procedures: Warm up 5’ Teacher’s activities Students’ activities Content - Ask Ss the question. - Introduce new lesson. 2. Presentation 10’ - Stick (A3) on the board. - Give example and explain structure. 3. Practice 22’ - Play the tape twice. - Have Ss repeat. - Have Ss look at the picture in (A3) and practice asking and answering the questions. - listen and correct if necessary - answer. - listen - look at - listen - listen. - repeat. - pair work. - listen. What’s the weather like in the summer/ winter/ fall/ spring? - It is hot/ cold/ cool/ warm. A3. Listen and repeat. Then ask and answer the question. - What weather do you like? I like hot/ cold/ cool/ warm weather. 4. Consolidation 5’ - Read the lesson again. - Practice asking and answering the question. “ What weather do you like?” - Learn by heart the weather and the seasons at class. 5.
